A CHARITY which helps the homeless has been given a van by a security company.The Padley Group which works to help homeless people in Derby, was approached by East Midlands firm UK Security Services. The company pledged to provide night guarding and patrol services for the charity in a partnership deal.But when it found out the group hired a van it donated one from its own fleet.It will enable the group t0 keep on collecting donations of food & clothing from around the city and county.Pat Zadora chairman of Padley Group said `the van will make a tremendous difference saving nearly £4,000 per annum in hire charges’.
