Our Quality Policy.
The quality policy of UK Security Services Ltd is to work to recognised codes of practice within the security industry. These include BS7499 for Static Site Guarding and Mobile Patrol Servces: BS7984 for Key-Holder Services and BS7858 for Security Screening.
We must ensure that our Service quality standard is exactly that which the Customer has defined and agreed in formal contract.
The Directors and Management of UK Security Services Ltd are fully committed to the requirements of the Quality Manual: all employees must be - and remain - fully aware of their responsibilities for the implementation of the Quality Assurance procedures. All are responsible for achieving the required level of quality in their particular activity.
Our organisational goals are to consistently provide an outstanding service to our Customers: ensuring that the Customer's requirements are always met, and creating a healthy climate between our Customers and our staff in a caring organisation.
The quality objectives of the organisation are as follows:
- To listen to the Customers.
- To ensure Total Customer Satisfaction with the service we provide.
- To reduce non-conformances on a month to month basis.
- To ensure that no contract is ever lost as a result of poor service - or poor communication.
